    2019 MX5200 HST 4wd

With only 187 hours this tractor is in excellent condition. Aside from a few minor scratches in the paint there is no damage or leaks anywhere. Maintenance as been performed above and beyond the recommended maintenance schedule. Loader has the skid steer quick attach mounting function. It comes...

Can someone tell me the Kubota part number for their block heater that fits the MX series? Also, which freeze plug location is the best? TIA.

    MX5200 loader capacity problem?

2018 Kubota Mx5200 HST with 87 hours. Over the past few days I put some serious use on the loader for the first time. I moved about 30 tons of clean dirt that had been sitting in a pile for about 3 years. I also moved about 20 tons of crush and run gravel that had been sitting for over a year...

    Oil seepage front axle hub

MX5200 with 75 hours. Is this normal? Anyone have the torque specs?

    Aluminum oil pan?

Hello all, it's me again. MX5200 hst. Just bought a magnetic heater for the oil pan only to find that the pan isn't magnetic. Are they aluminum? If so, do I need to be worried about stripping the threads with too much torque? I wish they specified a torque value in the manual because I tend to...

    50 hour service filter question

MX5200 hst. The transmission and hydraulic filters were torqued on there pretty good. Do the replacement filters need to be that tight or is hand tight ok like every other filter I've ever changed? I've never experienced filters that tight before.

    Differential lock question

The manual for my MX5200 hst states "when using the differential lock, always slow the engine down." So what exactly does that mean? Engage and use at idle speed? Engage at idle then speed up? 1000rpms? 1500? Anything but full throttle? Strange they don't put a number on "slow the engine down".

    New guy questions

I now have 42 hours on my '18 MX5200 hst. First question is how quickly the fuel filter/water separator should fill up. It hasn't budged at all since I took delivery. I've been using the Stanadyne multi on every fill if that has anything to do with it. The other question is if I should hose...

    Greasing the joints

Mx5200 4x4 HST with 22 hours. I decided to go ahead and grease the axle points since I use it in very wet/muddy conditions. I applied grease to the front axle gear case support. It got harder with each pump. I figured it was filling the void and building pressure against the old grease. I was...

Disengaging 4 wheel drive getting difficult

Mx5200 with about 18 hours. I use 4wd whenever I deliver round bails in my muddy horse pasture. It's getting more and more difficult to find that sweet spot to drop out of 4wd. I turn the wheels through their entire range of motion, move forward, and move backwards. Anyone else ever experience...

    MX auxiliary light circuit

My MX has provisions for lights under each rear fender. I've read this is a 5 amp max circuit. If that's correct does that mean a combined 5 amp max between the two or 5 amps per side? And correct me if I'm wrong but does 5 amps mean a total of 60 watts? Thanks.

    2018 kubota grey paint color

I know TSC has the rustoleum kubota orange which is a pretty good match but is there a grey equivalent? My new 2018 MX5200 has a couple of small rust spots forming already so I'd like to get on it before they get any worse. Thanks.

Cinder blocks on a box blade

My goal is to have 1000lbs on the 3 point for a rear ballast. I could build a box to fit on top of my box blade. 18 blocks (the compact, non cavity type) would give me a little over 1000 lbs total. My concern is if the box blade can safely support that much weight. Will it overload the category...

    MX5200 pricing questions

Still shopping around my local dealers for the best price. Figured I'd ask you all what a decent price would be for the following setup (new 2018 model): MX5200 HST 4x4 w/FEL R1 tires One rear remote Rear tires filled w/beet juice OR wheel weights but not both. Block heater What's a fair...

    Category 1/2 3 point hitch?

The MX series has a cat 1/2 hitch. Can I still use my category 1 implements? Do I need to make any modifications? Thanks.

    Mx4800 vs 5200

I don't need the additional horsepower over the mx4800 for my application but the surrounding dealers don't have any 4800's in stock and seem to be pushing the 5200 anyway. It may be a non-issue but I'm concerned about the addition of a turbo for longevity's sake. Does the turbo ever go bad...
