Cleaned up from the storm with the rear blade. We only got around 6 inches of wet snow. Parts of the driveway were clear others not so much. All considered we got lucky on this one. Lights flickered a few times but we never lost power.
I am partial to these "push to release" pins because they don't come loose unless you want them to by pushing the center pin. I know that they are available from Zoro and other sources. If anyone is interested in a parts list to my kickstand build for my rear 3pt 6` blade, here you go.
I have added a galvanized 3/4in top cap on the top (that was not in the picture)
Adding the cap will keep the pipe from falling thru the mount flange.
If i missed something, let me know, i`ll post it.
Hopefully this will help some folks out here looking for a simple kickstand idea.
Everything was bought at my local Lowes
Pipe
Bottom Flange
Mount
Top Cap
Cotterless Hitch Pin
Flange Mount Bolts (3/8 x 16 x 1-1/2)

That's a rugged looking blade. What model is it?Finally had the air ride seat installed and picked up the rear blade for light ditching, driveway stone work and snow removal. I have the camo seat cover for the factory suspension seat - I’ll give it to anyone that can use it.

Yes, i think he`s up around Cortland NY.Yep - - I like your neck of the woods. Finger Lakes is a nice area.
Bill A/K/A Chanceywd is between us, as he mentioned. I got about the same snow yesterday that he did.
OI don`t think i can find those locally.![]()
Internet is likely the only source. But i don`t shop online.![]()
I`m not sure ET. I`ll have to do some research.O
Do you have a Fastenal near ya?
The State of Maine will second that!
Your pit is a little close to the house!Spring is coming. Will need mulch, compost, gravel, top soil, etc.
Since I don't have a dump trailer, I built an off loading ramp for my utility trailer. Used the BH to dig a trench and dropped two 18' trees in, stacked. Dug out the backside about 12' wide so I can just back my loaded trailer up to it so it's level. Can just drive my tractor onto the back of the trailer and off load with bucket. Or, that's the plan, at least. Not tried it yet.

Had a buddy give me a load of creek gravel for a base for the trailer tires. Had to get crafty to unload the gravel. (-; View attachment 98051
Yes, thought of that. I measured and should be fine. Hard to tell in the pic, but it is also slightly angled so I won't have to back the tractor straight out and against the garage. Will know for sure soon enough.Your pit is a little close to the house!![]()
Found a Fastenal store locally. I looked up the size pin i needed...OUCH! I`ll have to pass, lol.O
