We had "Indian" night this week so I made Vindaloo and bought a bunch of papadams to fry in oil. I add some arbol chili peppers and cayenne to the Vindaloo and make it about as hot as I can stand, but I'm a lightweight.That looks awesome!
I had to look up Vindaloo....Indian Curry.
Very little experience with Indian cuisine but bet a "smell-a-vision" would be wonderful!
