Like those tips.

I've been on the road sawmilling for a week and will be for a couple more. The only tips that I am seeing is what I leave for the waiter.

Best Reuben I made today. Gotta have a good deli pickle too. An adult beverage isn’t bad either.

The corned beef is a little thick, but it works.

Add some tortillas, and we’ve got some chicken fajitas looking for a place to happen…..will likely be fireside.

Dark-30 is about 1900 hours now.

Skeets - - commend you for making the dressing. Russian is pretty simple. I made all the dressings in one of the restaurants I worked at.

Honestly, I've gotten so I just buy a small bottle of 1000 Island or Russian for Reubens.

I don't get it quite right if I make it. For $3, a little bottle tastes better, and lasts us a long while.

I don't pay much attention to "Best by" date for something like that...

Don't tell the Health Inspector...wait, I was the Health Inspector once....;)

Doctor and wife say I need more greens. But how to get a carnivore to eat kale.
Simmer it in a cast iron Dutch oven for several hours with a couple pounds of Italian sausage. Kale absorbs all that lovely grease that normally floats to the top.
