I have a M95S with loader. I noticed yesterday that there is a slight grinding noise in the front wheel area, As the wheel comes around we hear the noise in the same area each time. This is the first time we have heard the noise. Fluids are full, actually we removed the fill plug to check fluids and oil flowed out. Could this be a bearing going bad and should I worry about the oil being so full.

The first thing to check is the wheel lug nuts. Loose wheels sound like that. You can let the oil drain on a level surface but I doubt there is a problem there.

Yes it could be a bearing, about the only way to know 100%, is open it up and inspect everything.

The oil being overfull sounds odd, could someone have filled it too full?

Could be a temp difference in the oil. If you pulled the plug out with the oil hot the level would be higher than when cold.

Yep- the oil expands as it heats. So, if filled to full cold, it will come out when hot. How did the oil look? Clear and clean, milky, foamy?
