They where only made 2000 to 2003 so not a 2008.

Your chances of finding a new Kubota FEL for it are near to impossible, you had a better chance of winning the lottery! :D
You might be able to get another brand of loader for it, your probably looking at about 3K.

Wolfman, got a question. My brother bought a 2000 model new. It was rated @21hp but the tag on the block said it was 24hp. You ever heard of that before?

I know you couldn't choke it down. Even at low idle it would spin all 4 tires instead of killing the engine.

Tractordata got it at only 21 too....

It says on the tag 24HP? mmmm....that is interesting - no way it could have been switched?

What would be a good price for this tractor, with no attachements? Anything I should check for on this model that has had known problems? Any aftermarket sites I can check for a f.e.l thanks again for all the great info on this site.

that price is about right for that age/hour machine.

Personally - I would bring him $4500 in C-notes.......and he snubs nose, then have a few more handy......

but 45 benjies will make him think about it - and if you get it under $5000 you have done well - even at $5,500 that aint to awful bad. Tell us what happens!:)

Didn't cost but $8k brand new, $10.5 with loader, at least that's what my brother paid.

I would print the page off tractordata and show him they were never made in 08. That will likely throw him off him game and then like Hokie said hit him with the $4500. Might even start with $4k but whatever the case bring those hundo's. Something about a fat stack of green makes people go a little stupid for a few seconds and tend to make bad decisions.

Yes it happens, sometimes when they start or run a production of a model they run short of the proper motor and they will substitute a higher HP model in it's place,
I had a 1968 Chevy pickup truck that instead of the standard P.U. motor, it had a corvette engine in it.
It's sort of like hitting the lottery!

Line Guy, don't know where in upstate NY you are located, but here is a link to craigslist for a B7510HST with loader, mid mount mower, snowblower and cab that is located in St Albans Vermont. I don't know anything about it, just happen to see it listed there this morning.

That looks like a great deal. I paid 10k for my B7500 3 years ago with loader, mower and woods rear blade. Sold the mower for 1k. It had 800 hours on it but the FEL was like new. Tractor was mostly used to mow and in VG condition from the original owner.

missed out on that one, but going to look at another 2001 b7500 with loader this time with low hrs. In good condition, tires good.2nd owner. Was there an option for rear hydro, this one has a lever on right side, with hose going to back of tractor, is that factory?
