Phoned a friend and left a message. They are hard core train buffs, but I don't know what gauge they have. Will let you know if any interest.

I have two boxes of HO train stuff from my childhood in the 70's. I think original boxes and stuff. Be happy to chat and share pictures if it is something you are interested in.

I have about 50 locomotives, mostly diesels, most of them in UP livery, probably 120 cars of all types, and a couple hundred feet of track, mostly nickel-silver. Most all the rolling stock is Athearn from the 70s, and is all packed in three big boxes in the basement under the utility room.
I think I even have some of the RailBox cars that Athearn made, still in the box. I also converted everything to KayDee(?) knuckle type couplers.

Not HO but G scale. We have over 500' of track on the ground just off the back deck and enough track for 6 - 7 layouts inside at CHRISTMAS. The wife and I attended a train show south of us this past weekend and sold just short of $1000 worth of things we don't use. We have around 30 engines and no idea how many cars.

My adoptive Uncle Bert (92 yrs old) in 1986 donated his entire setup to a Dallas Model RR club with the caveat that it be used to help establish a Model RR museum they had planned. The layout included 4 trains depicting mining trains of Colorado/Arizona. It was an extensive layout covering 32’ X 28’ of villages, mountains, tunnels, rivers (actual flowing streams) and both hard-rock and open pit mines.
Five years afterward we (the family) tried to visit the club hoping the grandkids could see what Uncle Bert had spent 50 years developing and were informed the entire layout was being moved to new location and would not reopen until sometime in 1992.
It was never seen again. The club disappeared along with all assets and contacts.

The hidden side of NI Wolfman, and I love it!

I have a huge pile of Southern Pacific transition-era equipment, from Z to Large Scale, including live steam, but mainly HO, both brass and plastic, as well as a considerable collection of Belgian HO steam locomotive models.

Used to have the largest known HO train set in the state. Got out of it when I started professional drag racing. Expensive hobby. Drag racing is too.

I have all HO but haven’t set it up in almost 40 years. Now that the kids are grown I may start to build something
