Thanks Pap.... I discovered that is was the linkage nut earlier today. I had a lock nut with the same thread pitch and tightened it back up. I just had to remove the hydraulic filter to get to the linkage end. Simple fix, and all is good.

Well, with my current B-6100 stick shift, she gets away to easily when I stop and shift. Gotta keep her running, so I figure the hydro drive on the BX will give her a better work out.... :)

I do have the Kubota WSM workshop manual for the B5100/6100/7100. Apparently mine isn't indexed like yours. The best I can find is page 324 that shows gauging the valve relief pressure but still doesn't show where the pressure relief valve is located. Thanks.

Had the front end noise checked out at the Kubota dealer when the ROPS was installed..... it's normal.

Thanks. I can accept that if that's the way it is. I changed the hydraulic fluid and filled with new Kubota UDT (not super) and cleaned the hydraulic filter with kerosene, and the noise actually got worse. Before I changed the fluid, the noise would only occur when I first started the tractor...
