    B7100 with b219 fel

On mine the crank pulley has a short round shaft coming out of it, part of the pulley itself. The chain coupler slides over that round shaft and there is a set screw. I hope there is a flat on the shaft for the set screw, but I don't know since I haven't had that apart. It seems to work OK.

    B7100 with b219 fel

I've got a B6000 with a B219 loader. The loader pump is driven off the front of the crankshaft using a short extension shaft and two chain couplings. It sounds like yours may be also. My tractor was already "scattered" when I put the belt on, but I think if I had to replace the belt now the...

    Greasing B6000 clutch release/throwout bearing

I just got my B6000 basket-running, barely in time for the visiting grand kids to have a great time riding around on it. It sounds like the clutch throwout bearing is making noise. There has been a lot of discussion on greasing throwout bearings, but when I searched I didn't find anything on a...

    B7100 rops.

Kubota has been advertising the B6000 ROPS here for $148 (USD) plus shipping and tax, if that is of any help.

    B7100 rops.

In the U.S. Kubota is making big discounts on ROPS for older tractors to encourage folks to get them. You might see if something like that is being done there.

Need B6000 data, manuals, parts sources in SoCAL

I was able to get copies (photocopies with spiral bindings) of the 3 Kubota manuals (Operator's Manual, Illustrated Parts List and Service Manual) for the B6000 through my local Kubota dealer for about $60. They don't get a good "grade" as being helpful manuals, but it would really be tough to...

    B6000 wire harness routing

Thank you very much! This will be a big help. It also solves the question I had about where to run the battery ground wire. Your tractor looks very clean. When I started you couldn't hardly make out most of the features in your pictures because of the rust and grease! Thanks again.

Adding Aux Hydraulics to a B6000

    Very, very nice!

    B6000 seat brace

I am way overdue posting to all you helpful folks on what I did for a seat brace. Progress here is slow, but at least I should be grateful there is some progress. I decided against bracing out to the fenders; I can always add that later if needed. At least now I can sit on the tractor, even...

    B6000 wire harness routing

Thanks. I was trying to route it around under the battery tray, but it just seems too tight. Probably I'm somehow missing the most direct route. If you get a chance for some pictures that would be a great help.

    B6000 wire harness routing

I continue to slowly work on my B6000 basket case and am to the point where I'm trying to install the dash and wire harness. If anyone could post some pictures of the wire harness routing on their B6000 it would be a great help. I've tried several approaches, but each one seems prone to...

    B6200 Ignition Switch Removal

The starter on my B6000 is a Nippondenso. Of course, as the third owner of an old tractor I can't assure it is original equipment versus being a form/fit/function replacement. Good luck.

    FEL question, identification required.

I [U]don't[U] think it is a B219, which my B6000 has. The support frame looks different and mine does not have the gussets/bracing on the front of the uprights that yours has. Not a lot of help, but at least it eliminates one possibility. Good luck.

    B6000 advice

That is encouraging news Chip, thanks. I've checked with two dealers in my area and neither stocks the parts. The second one (about 3 days ago) said there were 11 pistons available, ring sets and head gasket, but he quit researching and didn't check for bearings, oil seals and gaskets. I've...

    B219 Loader hydraulic oil

My FEL has a separate pump driven off the front of the engine, with the hydraulic oil supply in the "right hand upright post" where the loader arms attach with pins. The hydraulic control valve is also mounted on the same upright. The oil supply is totally separate from the trans/diff/3 point...
