isn't Sea Foam designed to emulsify water in fuels?

wouldn't this render your diesels water filters worthless thus putting water through the entire high pressure fuel system? (like operating with your water filters removed)

especially with the advent of bio-diesel wouldn't this be a very bad thing in modern diesels especially in winter?
My B2650 has no fuel water filter, that I know.
And after 6 years of seafoam treatment with no fuel issues of any kind whatsoever, I'm confident there's no issue.
It just works.

Well if my tractor's fuel filter is it's water filter then yes, I've also got a fuel/water filter. It's just never been referred to as it's "water" filter that I can remember.

In all my years I've never had a diesel gel on me and we get COLD!
I think it's because we only run #1 Diesel here year around.
There are too many High altitude logging trucks and equipment and they don't want to have down time with the cold.
Is #1 just kerosene?

A good friend owns the station so usually when he gets his statement it will state what it is.
I had a store (BP) for 14 years and my supplier would always ask me when I wanted to start and I always told him November 1st

Not with tractor, but ton #5 brought home. Have burned some already.

Tractor might get the snowblower this weekend.

My BIL who lives in Michigan’s UP was told by his Kubota dealer to not use any fuel additives in his new LX.
Must be the dealer figures the winter blend is all that is needed.

Will the dealer come and clean his snow-filled driveway when the fuel gels and he can't get it started? My guess is no, so I suggest that your BIL either use a fuel additive or get a plow truck.

He actually got rid of his plow truck and brought the tractor to snow blow.
He got sick of having to have a loader and dump truck come in to haul snow away part way through winter.
I do wonder if it was the salesman that said this. I’ll tell him to check with the service department to see what they say.
