That's why it was on my short list as Ive seen multiple people recommended 100lbs per foot. Not sure my LX2610 will do a full load with it but with soil that's clay and rocks, but I'd rather do multiple partial passes rather than not having the weight that I need to complete the job.
You'll enjoy the new BB as a ballast. My BB1560 weighs around 425 lbs and I strap my 3-point 2" trailer receiver on top of it with ball and receiver in. Puts it all at around 500 lbs total with my logging chain on there too.
Depending on traction I can almost fill the BB with gravel while pulling with my B2650, but a full box will pretty much bog it, yes. I listen to the engine and feather up the BB a bit if the engine even hints a lugging. These 26HP models are surprisingly strong.

My b7300 is not charging, even though the alternator is new, pulled the gauge cluster out to get to the voltage regulator, ohmed out the two blue wires going to it they are good, alternator is putting out 6.5 volts on each wire, pretty weird to me.. figure I need a new voltage regulator but am going to look into that voltage coming out first..

Also found a rodent nest at the bottom and cleaned it out..

Apparently this tractor caught fire at some point from a leaking return line, that was leaking when I got it.. first thing I fixed..

No melted or burned wires though they must of put the fire out quick..

I have posted several times over the last two years that we have been working on cleaning up the 80 acre farm. Here is a Google earth picture of part of the 40 acres close to the house before we started the clean up.

Here is a picture of the same area fall of last year from Google earth.

Getting stuck is half the fun. This is why I keep my backhoe on when doing stuff like this.

Greased the loader and moved a bit of snow to speed up the melting process. Back dragged the driveway with the bucket so no ruts for a day or two. Checked with the dealer and my grapple is on the lot, somewhere...

I switched the tractor over to dirt mode. We still have snow and frost, so couldn't do much else.....

My favorite pneumatic grease gun crapped out.

Got a new grease for the Kubota and the old 'Moline.

I have a large kit of Milwaukee M18 Fuel tools, so I didn't have another battery/charger, etc...

on the BX the lower cowl slides forward and off, how do you remove the lower cowl with the grille guard bolted to the frame? did they redesign this?

It's finally warming a bit. I thumbed my nose and mother nature. I'm tired of damned winter. So I really tempted fate and took the snowblower off. I put the box blade on and dropped the rippers. I went to the main road and popped up all the hardpack snow. Now the beginning of the Lane can heat up and melt. If I left the hardpack it would turn to slush during the day and refreeze into unbearable ruts at night.

That is an AgriMetal BW1600, it's the smallest one they make (I believe). I used it on my BX and now on the B-series. I made a short video of it on both machines. It moves a lot of stuff, great for clearing in the fall and spring, IF you have a place to push all the material too. I bought mine from Everything Attachments.

First half is on the BX, second half on the B.

Ordered a core aerator this afternoon. Glad I didn't get a backhoe. My wife would probably bury me.

The cowl can not be removed with the grill guard in place.

I can do most maintenance without removing the lower cowl.

I typically change motor oil in the fall, as well as hydraulic fluid when I deem necessary.

Both can easily be done without taking it off.

It needs to be removed for coolant service, and changing the front fuel filter.
