I have a Kubota L4400 with a LA703 front loader. The rock bucket on the front end of my loader sags / drops, even when empty. Hydraulics are strong on 3 point lift. Any advice? thanks for your help. -KevinP

Bypass somewhere. Could be the cylinders, could be the control valve.

Some do, some don't depends on the valving and how well they seat. My older M (2004) has no drop what so ever and my newer M (2006) drops and has dropped since new.

I ignore it. It don't impact function at all. Good reason to set the bucket on the ground when not using the machine anyway.

If I'm understanding what your saying, most likely you have bad internal seals in the one or both of the roll cylinders. ;)

I can't really ignore it. when I'm using the bucket, I have to keep rolling it up so I don't lose my load.

Thank you. That makes sense to me as the bucket will hold its height, just rolls down. And the 3pt hitch is strong. Are the internal seals replaceable / fixable or need to purchase new roll cylinders? thanks a million!

You can remove the cylinders and take them to a hydraulic repair shop. They can disassemble the cyl and rebuild them. They will have access to the parts needed.
