You more than likely have a air leak on the suction lines, it's pulling in air and foaming the fluid.

You need to clean the tractor completely to remove all oil residue (Purple cleaner will remove all the oils) then look for seeping leaks on the suction side of the lines.

Wolfman I've cleaned tractor, only leak I can find is a drip at the block where the hyd lines mount to the tractor, will that cause it to suck air into the system, and the o rings on the dip stick are not fitting good ,thanks for your and every one else's help

The suction side of the system is the larger of the lines going to the pump, look for anything on that line.

Well after about 2 years of doing every thing I could think of,every thing people told me ,don't know how much kubota hydraulic fluid and filters I've bought ,changed out the pump to no effect ,my son told me run it without the Fil cap in,bushhoged for two hours ,not the first drop of oil came out, tapped the filcap put 1/4 " line in it bushhoged 2 hours today still no oil came out ,so I guess there is a vent line stopped up,sure has cause me a lot of trouble
