Geneva, Florida,
I have a 2017 SVL75-2 with 1320 Hrs on it that has started giving me trouble. It has been taking longer for the engine to start while cranking and it stumbles and sometimes stalls while working. I have changed the fuel filters and checked for fuel leaks but have found none. While the engine is running, I can watch the fuel level in the fuel/water separator drop and then refill.
Has anyone had this problem?

Could be algae in the tank clogging the pickup.

Could also be the fuel tank vent which should be in the cap is plugged and not letting air in the tank as fuel is used creating a vacuum in the tank. Try running it with the cap loose for a while and see if it makes a difference.

Some models have a fuel filter inside the electric fuel pump. If your machine has it, remove and check for metal shavings if any replace the supply pump.

Make sure you change fuel filter & water separator filter as well

Geneva, Florida,
I have changed the spin on filter and taken the fuel/water separator bowl off and cleaned it all out but made no difference.

Have you checked what your flow is to the filter?

Geneva, Florida,
Update: Problem solved!
The suction line from fuel/water separator to tank was obstructed with rust flakes. Seems ovr time the rust from the fuel inlet and cap had bn falling into tank. I blew air through line and now starts quickly and runs great. Sometime in the future I'll have to remove the tank and flush it out.

Glad that you found the problem and came back to post what you found. Many times, people never post back with what they ended up finding for problems.
