I built a custom subframe and raised the mid shaft closer to the front axle, it give more clearance when I use the bucket and also raise the fix shaft so it's not visible from the side anymore

Very slick set up to allow swapping between loader bucket and front blower. How do you limit the loader arms when using the blower so you don't lift too high and cause an issue with pto shaft to the blower?

I use stopper chains to stop the lift at 20''

Yes, that was the main purpose of the mod and also to be able to blow off snow drift of almost 4' high, which is impossible with the OEM setup without having the snow going over the blower, the OEM lifting height is only 6'' and almost useless at that height because it's leaning backward so bad.

This seems so much better than the Kubota factory solution. I went with a 3PH blower because I didn't want to have to R&R the loader so much. Nice work!

Oh, yes - that's why this is brilliant! blow first, then 60 seconds to swap out the blower for bucket or blade to do final cleanup. I want it.

Does the frame stay on all the time? Did you use existing hole in the frame or did you have to drill new holes.
This is exactly the type of setup I am looking for. Being able to leave the loader frame on and use the front mount snow blower.
