L245dt front loader search

well if I was reading their compatibility sheet correctly I would appear that bush hog does not have a FEL available for the l245DT but they have one for the l245. DT stands for dual traction(4wd) for anyone that didn't know, the l245 was the 2wd model. I will try the other two places listed in the ultimate read and see what they have to say. Thanks for the info guys!

I'ld still contact them. Did they list any DT models? Just wondering if they listed tractors Generically when it comes to DT or not.

Coldwater Tractors is located in Aberdeen, Washington. Phone # 360-533-2160. I last talked to Ray (Owner) 6/16/14. When inquiring about a loader to fit an L305, they had a pattern for an L295, but not an L305. I was pretty sure it is a same fit, but I may have had to do some modification.

Comes as a kit, comes on a pallet. You assemble. Had a 5' bucket with joystick control. Shipping weight was 650#. Cost was $1800 plus $600 freight to Kansas. Paint is spray can application, of your choice of color. Has to prepay full price before fabrication began.

Tallddude42, this may be an easier way to come up with a loader. Find a tractor for sale with a loader that will work on your L245, buy it and sell the tractor.

I doubt this loader will fit, but here's an example.

That is not exactly true, L245 encompasses all of the models
L245F is the 2wd version.

Bushhog does have one for the 245dt.. The one I mentioned is a 4wd.

ok well bush hog list had separate list "DT" tractors listed so I assumed that the l245 just meant the 2wd since it didn't specify the DT. Thank you

Here's a Kubota FEL in California for sale for $600.00 on Craigslist looks a little big for a l245dt but it might fit just fine.

Seems to have all the brackets too.

Yes loaders are available after market new at reasonable price. See the ULTIMATE READ ME at the top of this forum for two sources.

90% of FEL loader companies can supply a loader for your tractor. It's just a matter of having the correct mounting brackets. However before you spend the money on a FEL for this older tractor, I would opt for a newer tractor with a FEL installed and a PTO. The work you will be able to do will increase considerably.
