I was a little worried I bought too small, but not after today. Yesterday I took delivery of a 13 L3200 4x4 HST. Couldn't wait to try it out today with the new Land Pride 60 inch cutter I also bought. I was impressed to say the least with the power of this setup. I was cutting through some 7ft plus brush with ease, didn't bogg down what so ever. If it handled what I put it through today, it will handle anything I will be throwing at it. I ended up putting 8 hours of mowing a field that hasn't been cut since last summer and it performed flawlessly.

Nice looking rig. If you start having trouble bogging down take that rear band off the cutter. My 8' had that on it and it was a PIA. After it was removed everything worked much better. Have fun on your new baby.

Great machine. I have just 27 hrs on mine with a 72" finish deck and have been very happy so far.

i wish my l3200 still looked that nice….
i'm starting to think, someone entered it into a demo derby..
i'll be glad when my rough yard work is complete, so i can restore it, to it's former beauty.
you will find that your new tractor will excel in most situations you put it into and a few you probably shouldn't…

i should mention i've got almost 300 hrs on it in 8 months. cleaning up 5 acres of wild fire damage..
building a new driveway, leveling ground for a new shop.. and i can keep going, but you would get tired of the bragging...

Well done.
The L3200 and L3800 are the same size- all you'd be missing is a few ponies and I doubt you'll ever need them. Your money was definitely well spent.

It's great to have a tractor that fits your needs. I put chain guards on my LP cutter and it works much better than with the rubber shield, I mow to close to roads not to have some sort of shield in place.

Looks just like my setup, except mine has a huge scratch across the hood from the tree I was carrying/lifting and scattered abrasions from the goats that like to stand/lie on top of her. Just did the 50 hour oil change. I think I will do it myself next time. Was more than I expected.

Welcome to the orange family

If you look at the pictures of his new Landpride Mower, on the back bottom edge there is a black strip going around it that is a guard made out of rubber to catch the debris from flying out. They also make an option of a guard that is made out of little short pieces of chain hanging down that will slow the momentum of the flying debris, but not plug up like the solid rubber guard. Both guards are to keep the very fast flying debris from rocketing threw the air and hitting something or somebody. They are a safety feature.

I see now, thanks for the pics! Where can I pick up a set of those chains? I'm guessing it helps clear the mower and not clump so much grass...

You can see the chains just a little, I don't really have a better pic right now.
I also see you dress alot like your tractor! For a min there I thought were was a BX driving the M from the seat... Opps nevermind its just Phil!

I ordered my cutter with the front chains and later bought the rear ones from the same dealer, he even sent someone down to put them on.
