reminds me

used to work with a guy in the shop. total country boy! That's all he understood was redneck, anything technical was a blank stare. Didn't use no computer, calculator, even a cellphone. Growed up out in the sticks. Great guy to work with honestly.

Anyway, a truck shows up and has a load of tractors in a van trailer. My coworker walks out there and the young truck driver says "Ineedahummer" in his best jive talk. My coworker had no clue what he just said and asked if he'd repeat himself. He did. My coworker steps back and says to the driver "we don't do that here, go on up the road to the truck stop and find you a lot lizard"

I knew what the guy needed (HAMMER) but ol Lonnie had the wrong idea, based on his lack of knowledge of society.

Wow! I just moved to a different level!

I used to think my mind resided in the gutter, but now I know it mustn't...that thought went completely over my head big time!

Unless I'm thinking about something different than you are referring to Skeets!

Of course I could be misunderstanding your implication, which would ensure that my mind truly does live in the gutter!

 :ROFLMAO:

I got a hummer also today. Put the feeder out and they are slowly showing up. Now we know that late freezes are over for the year.

A couple of ours stick around all year which was surprising. Particularly as we are at 1500ft and had to clear the snow off the feeders a couple times. At nesting time we also hang nesting material.
I just wish I could figure out what to do with the horny and lonely woodpecker that is digging at my posts!
