.JP for sure! Do you run over those toads when doing mowing etc?

That horse and 1 cowboy with 2 Border Collies was able to move 200 head of cattle.Does that mean he has an automatic transmission?
Obviously a highly-skilled cowboy, horse and Border Collies - -Wow!That horse and 1 cowboy with 2 Border Collies was able to move 200 head of cattle.
The cowboy was able to cut the bulls out of the heard and seperate them before the cows entered the lanes. The bulls are leased for 90 days at $1500(they would cost over $10k to purchase one) they run 15 bulls on the ranch. Very efficient operation, why feed 15 bulls for 9 months out of the year when their work is done in 3 months.
Update:I made an offer yesterday to pick up another 13 acre farm next to me. It's probably the last track of land next to mine that I could ever buy for a very long time. 2 neighbors have houses built and the other neighbor, 325ac track, 6th Generation ranch owner with a big house and shops etc. The other 300 plus acres owned by the South Texas Childrens Home(Baptist).
Honestly I should probably be buying a summer home up near @McMXi
Haven't mowed the yard this year. I did have the cows out on it twice so far.I'm not use to those moisture numbers. The clouds the came through here last weekend (and a rain the Wed. before) left 5". Water running everywhere. Wife said Easter Sunday she was glad to get the yard mowed between the rains or we'd need to bale it!
I burned 10 acres a while back and it's as green a it gets. A bit warmer soil temperatures and it will really take off.
