Do you have to bleed the FEL hydraulic system after changing the fluid? My FEL stutters and sounds terrible.

Nope. Just cycle everything over and over again and the air will bleed itself out over time.

Several cycles should clear it out, if it continues you have another issue.
Like it's sucking air into the system.

If your fluid reservoir for the loader is separate, make sure to watch the level as you work the air out... sometimes the cylinders hold enough to nearly empty the reservoir.

As mentioned - the push pull of the hydraulics SHOULD work all the air out - pushing it back to the hydraulic reservoir. It may take a bit of fluid movement!

Run ‘em all the way out and then check the fluid level?

No, but I pulled the 22mm plug just forward of the filter thinking it was a drain. There was a metal “cone” that sat on top of the plug. I don’t know what it s function is.
There should be no problem with air in the system. Its basically self purging.

Lets make sure we understand what it is you did. You changed the hydrauic oil in the tractor - correct?

Yep. Pulled the plug and filter. The filter drained the reservoir the plug drained a smaller amount. Filled the tractor with Kubota fluid.

Does it make noise as soon as you start the tractor or just when you operate the loader?

Does the 3pt on the tractor work?Test it with a load.

What transmission is in the tractor?

It’s a manual transmission. The noise is only when I use the loader. Will check the 3pt

Do these assembles come apart as two units? That is does everything between 090 and 060 stay together when you take it out of the tractor? I didn’t find any “spare” parts but I put two pieces together when I screwed it back in place.

It might stay together you just really need to make sure that Part #80 and #90 are installed in the proper direction. if either is up side down or not properly seated then the system will not work right.
