Ok - I give up, what parts you looking for and for what tractor.

"Cheap parts" is an oxymoron ..... much like an honest politician!

Just wondering where people may be getting the best deal on kubota parts.
example: wheel stud $15 at messicks but similar product for 1.99 at summit.
or even parts that kubota has branded where you want the kubota part and not a similar product. i know car parts are usually made by third parties, you can find sometimes 3 or 4 manufacturers of the same part on different tiers like oem etc. sometimes i'll buy a car part and the manufacturer will shave off the car brand and stamp it with their own mark.

A very different market.
Cars are made and sold, by the millions....lots of different parts players.
Tractors are made, and sold, by the hundreds,..... sometimes, very low thousands.
Small secondary parts market is not large enough (profitable ) for after market suppliers.

If an insignificant/non functional part, I will look on E-Bay.
Otherwise........mostly Messick's
They are sometimes less than other dealers, and are amazingly customer orientated.

Like Deere, if it says Kubota, it's everything but cheap.

If you want cheap-er there are lots of "those other" means of sitting in a seat to not break a sweat.....until it breaks down.

It's painful if distributors don't use grease but Kubota likes to drag it through some dirt beforehand.

Support your local dealer. Thank them for stocking parts for decades old machines.

Sell your K and buy a Mahindra if you want to be cheap. Good luck getting spare parts.

Thank you for reminding me. I've bought a couple of husq and stihl saws from them this last year and it's not a bad idea to keep sticking my head in there if I plan to buy new at some point.

Kubota Parts, especially old parts are going to be expensive.
And get ready for the "we don't have that part", or " that part is obsolete".
It's just becoming a fact with these older tractors.
Some parts are generic enough that aftermarket will make it, but specific parts like gears and such will be Kubota Only!

When it comes to tractors, no such thing. That's just how it is.
Welcome to the forum! While tractor parts are expensive, the experience and advice here is of high value, and free if you ask nicely.

I broke the outside handles on my M’s cab and put up with it for about a day before biting the bullet and ordering it from Messicks. Wicked expensive shipping for a2 pound package but I got it in 2 days. About the same price as my local dealer without the hour and a half round trip drive.

So what may I ask are you looking for? This place is kind of like the old Harley sites,,, Hey I need XYZ part,, hey I got an old on you pay shipping and its yours. Or look on ABC site there was one on there some time back. There are good folks in here, and not one is above sharing if someone needs something. So what is it you are looking for? And I foget the name of the tractor junk yard, I know some one has it,, Seek and ye shall find, ask and it shall be given,, knock and it shall be opened to you. Just be square and you will most likely find the help you need

And talk about a new tractor every time you go in there.

To save money on shipping of small parts from Messick's, request that they ship USPS.
Messick's WILL ship USPS, but only if you request it!
