Yea didnt ser that coming either. Just have to work around it somehow. Can i turn this cylinder clockwise as you are looking at this pic 180 degrees? Should work the same i thThat might help me View attachment 160254
Or maybe use a
Yes you can flip the cylinder. Just be aware the hoses will be moving as cylinder is opened/closed. Hopefully there is enough slack in them.
well i tried flipping. Doesnt gain me much. Would have to modify the ends too as pin bracket cylinder is longer/wider on bottom than top. Also cylinder doesnt have much clearance in that top thinner bracket.
so back to what it was.
i have a mayb it will work idea by changing the outside bracket to more of a "C" shape to clear that top hose. I dont think the bottom is as bad or an issue.

Nothing can be simple can it! Lol. Figures the ends are different on cylinder.
I like the C shape of the outer bracket. The side shot shows that well. Cut the bracket just about to your wrong hole should work fine.

Looks like there may be clearance issues with bucket open and rolled back on loader cylinders. May just be the picture angle.

Ha no it cant be too easy. but glad i got this as my first miniskid implement to build quick attach from. As im sure this way would have worked fine on a regular bucket. Then i would have discovered later it wouldnt have worked for this.

Along with C channel going to grind off tack welds of two square tube and rotate from bottom tube as pivot about 10 degrees forward. That will give me a little more wiggle room too.
ill send pics later of that result

Got the square brackets rewelded. Bottom to the back top to the front. Gives me more clearance now. Maybe i could just notch out the bracket but that damn hole i drilled will not leave much steel. Anyway its going to work out i think. Hot like hell outside

Flipping it might be the easiest/best.

But just as an idea, what about grinding/milling off about 1/2" "ish on the top and bottom boss's and making a spacer the same size for the opposite side.

In theory that would move the entire cylinder over a bit, hence making "more room" for that fitting?

Or possibly "notching out" that bar where it is hitting using a grinder.

EDIT: As you were. For some reason those last few posts did not appear until after I posted my suggestions.

Tacked up a new bracket. Got more clearance to the top cylinder hose. Bottom clearance still stinks. I just have to bite the bullet and extend the bucket mount forward another inch or two. I could make it adjustable so i can move back to this tighter to axis position. 2 pin hole positions. Forward and back lol. I could modify the bucket or hoses but i want to see how it works with no bucket modifications. Nobody wants to fart around having to do that if they buy an expensive bucket.

here are the pics of the bracket mod and the clearances. Some with hose on some in different positions some off. Bottom hose is the biggest perpetrator

Grapple hoses are always moving. When ready to use be sure those down on the cylinders are anchored there so they don't by chance move into the loader.

Well this is it. Extended 1.5 inch forward. Dissatisfied with how far out this thing goes. Maybe its ok though?? I dont know. Just got to try it out. This 4in 1 bucket has a odd shape. I dont think i could have gotten it any closer to the pivot with regular skid quick attach location either. Certainly would have been heavier. This thing is gonna put tractor to the limit as is. If i can lift a full scoop of good solid dirt id call it a success. But... by math it doesnt seem to have optimum mechanical advantage for lift.
