I put a FEL on my b7100 but can’t seem to get my hoses properly plumbed. It will raise and lower but has no down pressure and it will dump the bucket but will not tilt back. I put a new summit p40g-2a1 valve control on it but I may not have it hooked up correctly. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

First off that valve does not have any provision for power beyond. That is not your current problem but you should correct that.

Can't tell much with pictures that only show one end of the connections.

Lets start with IN and OUT. The front port on the hydraulic outlet block should be going to the port on the left side of the valve. The hose on the right side of the valve should be going to the rearmost port on the hydraulic block. Is that what you have?

Yes the hose is connected to the left from the front port of block but the other hose is connected to the front hole on the controller from the second port on the block

Let me try this a different way. Is this picture correct?

I have it connected as your photo now and on the bucket spool I have the base hose connected to the bottom port next to the handle and the rod hose connected to the front port futhrrest from the handle but now it will tilt the bucket but not raise the bucket.

Please - one thing at a time. Does the loader raise and lower properly and do you now have down pressure?

Then you don't have it plumbed as I described. Lets go over this one more time. When you move the left lever what part of the loader moves?

Dan
When I move the left lever it doesn’t move up or down but it acts like it wants to and the tilt lever will move back and forth

This is how it’s hooked up now
This is how the lift cylinders should be plumbed. If you hook it up like this the loader WILL raise and lower when you operate the left lever. Pull back and the loader will raise. Push forward and the loader will lower.

Ok got it plumbed like that but still won’t raise until I barely pull back on 3 ph lever and then the as I’m pulling the bucket raise lever it goes up. This is weird

That tells me you do not have the connections to the outlet block plumbed as we discussed or the block is not correct. Where did you get the block?

The block was already on the tractor it had a 4 way hydraulic blade on it until I put this front end loader on.

Please triple check your connections to the hydraulic block. Front port goes to left side of valve and rear port goes to right side of valve.

I have front port on left side of control back port on the right side of control. It has 2 ports on the right side of the control and it is connected to the front one.
