Anyone add an Oil pressure and Temperature gauge to the tractor?

I want to add actual guages to my L275f and L2850dt so i'm curious to know where you added yours.
Inline Temp gauge in top by t-stat or in the lower hose?
Oil pressure sending unit in place of factory warning light or can i place a T fitting and keep both warning light and mechanical oil pressure gauge?
Thanks for any input on this.

temp could be easily installed in lower rad hose, seems to be a T there ?
oil is easy, yes T it, nice to keep 'idiot' light !

I have done both on B7100 ....

here is a post on the oil pressure install....

Good Information, Thanks.
The T fitting on the oil sensor looks good, my concern is the starter clearance, any issues with clearance for you?
I've heard some say the top radiator hose is a better location near the t stat for an inline sensor although the lower radiator does have a drain line (T) fitting in the L2850 so it could be convenient.

You can easily 'plumb' to clear 'obstacles', pressure less than 100PSI I assume ?? Street elbows will help keep it a clean install.
hmm, any chance there's a 'port' on the head for a temp sensor ?

On some of the older tractors there is a plug in the head for a temp sensor. It's located to the back of the engine (near the firewall) on the passenger side.

There will be ports in both heads to do temp sensor...
You can NOT put a temp sensor in the lower radiator hose as that would measure water coming out of the radiator and not the engine temp.
Oil pressure is easy port is just above the starter on both.
