I have a kobota m9000 and my 3 point is all the way up and wont go down what can i do to get to down?

I'm guessing there is a lock out valve some where.
Someone with a similar machine will tell you where to check.
Possibly under the seat.

Put some weight on there and see what it does. The 3pth is power up and gravity down.

Check the round knob under the front of the seat. Not the seat adjustment, it's below that. It controls the speed of the arms and can be used as a lock for the arms. They will lift but won't lower.
