    LX2610HSD Rear Remotes

Does anyone have factory rear remotes on a LX2610 without a cab? I'm wondering if they are tucked under the back or hung from the ROPS like the B2650 was.

does buying a tractor work like buying a car?

I would strongly consider an LX or an L series. I promise you that its cheaper to buy the right tractor the first time rather than realizing that you got something too small and needing to upgrade in the first few years.

does buying a tractor work like buying a car?

One thing to consider that others have mentioned above is that freight to the dealership, assembly, prep and delivery to your location is not included in the MSRP on the website. Because of this, even at MSRP you are getting a discount albeit less than what it would have been when supply and...

    B2601, recommended options?

I'd recommend the OEM Kubota 3rd function valve if they offer one. I also like the R14 tires on my LX2610. If you get substantial snow where you are, you may want either a Land Pride front blade or a 3 point snowblower as well.

does buying a tractor work like buying a car?

You will need insurance if you finance it. Currently, with low supply and high demand there are not many discounts to be had other than factory incentives, at least in my area.

B2400 HSD - does anyone know where the temp sensor is?

Not familiar with that model but it will be threaded into the engine with a wire going to it. Here is what it looks like.

    Reducing hr meter

All I could think of when I read your post was the scene below. I dont think there is an easy way to do it with a mechanical gauge. You can try the tips that others have mentioned but you may make it inoperable by doing so.

    Dealer Distance/Issues

If you choose to stay with Kubota and the middle dealership has a good reputation but takes a bit of time to respond, I would consider them as well. When I purchased my LX2610 recently, I discovered that the store manager was also the sales guy, the guy loading purchased equipment onto customers...

    Parasitic Draw

If you are able to locate the relay (likely under the dash somewhere) see if you can listen to it once you turn off the tractor. A relay is an electromagnetic switch and usually makes a slight humming or buzzing sound when active. A mechanics stethoscope would be good for this but you can also...

    Parasitic Draw

I'm not familiar with the BX2380 but on my LX2610, the work light circuit terminates in a pair of bullet connectors under the right rear fender. If yours is similar, replace the fuse and use a multimeter set to DC voltage between the connectors of the red/blue wire and the black wire when the...

    Parasitic Draw

Can you turn on your work lights when the tractor is off? If so, this indictates that the relay may be wired incorrectly as others have mentioned.

    B2910 price

There's not many of that model available for sale currently so pricing is a bit of a challenge. Im seeing anywhere from $10k on the low end to $19k on the high end (also has backhoe). Might be worth it at the lower end if it has been well maintained. Toward the upper end, I'd look for something...

    Led lighting question

As dochsml said, you should fuse based on the wire gauge that you are using. Choose a wire gauge that will support the actual amperage draw of your lights then select the fuse based on the wire gauge.

    Radial tires

I know Deere offers radials at least on thier larger frame 2 series. They claim greater ride comfort and increased traction due to how the tread and sidewall react differently on a radial tire vs. a bias tire. They charge a substantial premium for the radials however. On the Kubota side I've...

    Led lighting question

I agree with using lumens for brightness as well but be aware that most Amazon/eBay vendors exaggerate the actual lumen output. Some by a laughable amount.

    Pallet Fork Grapple

Thanks everyone for your comments. You have convinced me that a light weight dedicated grapple is the best choice for what I plan on using it for.

    Pallet Fork Grapple

Yes 5 feet in height. It is mostly weeds, brush and small saplings that I'm concerned about. Anything larger I will cut with a chainsaw and then grind with a stump grinder. Soil is a combination of clay and shale which I know is less than ideal.

    Pallet Fork Grapple

Thank you i7win7. My main concern is for anything ~5 feet or less. Anything else I would cut down with the chainsaw.

    Pallet Fork Grapple

I guess my next question is does an LX2610 have enough power and mass to utilize the bottom grapple in that manner?

    Pallet Fork Grapple

So I've read in numerous places that pallet forks and grapples are often ranked as the top attachments that you can get for your tractor. I definitely have a need for a grapple as I have some land that I want to clear. I can also see the use of the pallet forks, especially for unloading new...
