Best Place to Advertise my Kubota for Sale?

I've sold one of my Kubota's on Craigslist and believe it or not, I put a for sale sign on one when I had a yard sale and had quite a few people look at it and a guy down the street from me bought it.

    Block Heater Question

Thanks Stmar, I put the unit mentioned on my wish list. I did order a Westinghouse remote outlet and will try that first, if that works, then my ten bucks was worth it. We'll see.

    Block Heater Question

Thanks 85Hokie, I never even thought of a remote outlet, or even realized they had one with a remote. I'll look around, some of the reviews on the one you showed a link to had varying results for distance. I do need about 60 or 70 ft. range.

    Block Heater Question

I just recently had a block heater installed by the dealer on my L3560HSTC and was wondering about using it. The dealer said to set a plug in timer for it and just set it to warm up before I will be using it. My neighbor has a Skidsteer and he said just plug it in and leave it that way until I...

I have a question on the Block Heater. I had the dealer install one on my L3560HSTC and he told me to get a plug in timer and set it so it will warm the engine before I go to take it out during cold weather, my neighbor said he has a SkidSteer and he just plugs it in and leaves it that way...

Found this on the side of the road

I have found at least a half dozen trailer hitch balls attached to the receiver. I loan them out to friends who need one and don't care if I get them back as they didn't cost me anything.

    Snow blade learning curve

I have never heard of any plow that you can adjust the tip when you angle the plow. I play with the 3rd function valve to angle left and right and tip forward and back with the joy stick as well as lift and lower. It takes a lot of practice and there are times I swear I'll never get it right...

    Stabilizer weep down

After getting my backhoe for my L3560, I was told that the stabilizers will settle or relax. It's what they do. If I leave my loader up and park it for the night, in the morning it will be sitting on the floor of my barn. I usually just run a ratchet strap from one stabilizer to the other to...

    Snow blade learning curve

I use to use a GMC Sierra Diesel with a plow and before that a Ford F250 and no matter what you use the plow will dig in on the angle. I have been using my Kubota since I dumped the plow trucks since they all rot out fast plus now I don't get that call asking me to come over an plow a friends...

Grand L 4060 Tire Chain Clearance

I have a L3560HSTC with turf tires and have had chains for 3 yrs. The chains go on without a problem of clearance, the problem is they are HEAVY! A lot of work to put them on, but really work great and they come off real easy.

Sorry, been away on vacation and then when I got home, lots of problems with my computer. I think things are ironed out now. The thing with the quick attach is you have to take off the 3-pt hitch to hook up the backhoe. I'm having problems getting my pictures to load onto this site from my...

Grand L series HST speed select question??

I've had mine to the dealer a few times and always complain about it jumping out of gear, they tell me it is my fault and nothing is wrong with the tractor. Sorry but I am very careful about shifting as I usually use M, but when I shift into L, I too wiggle the shifter to make sure it is in...

Grand L series HST speed select question??

I have had my L3560HSTC for 3 years now and I agree that the speed selector is poor to say the least. I have a lot of problems with it when I shift from M to L and when I go down hill (especially with a load) it jumps out of gear and into N. Really scary when that happens. I also am confused...

    Grease guns and grease

I agree, a good grease gun and grease are worth the extra money spent. After a long day working the tractor, I prefer to grease before I start using it, my question is I like to keep my tractor clean, what is the best way to keep the old grease that squeezes out from getting all over everything...

Best Time to Service Spring or Fall?

Like you, I change my oil and filter every year, regardless of hrs. Good clean oil makes things run better and makes me feel like I'm taking good care of my equipment. The Hydro. fluid I change the filter every year, and the fluid when I really beat the hell out of the machine on a project or...

    Replacement Radio Antenna Mast

Nice! I broke mine off the L3560 and didn't care much until I bought a radio for it and looked everywhere. I finally was able to get the stud out of the antenna and bought a bolt to fit the thread and put the antenna on sideways without the adjustable ball and it sticks out in front of the...
