    Need help/advice with an L2350

My neighbor has an L2350. It is low hour (883), and it above average shape. He and his wife bought it recently, and are getting acquainted with the tractor. When the tractor is shifted into 4WD, the driveline tightens up within moving a foot or two. You can feel it- it won't free roll. Lift the...

I voted no. This isn't a democracy. The forum has an owner, who can do whatever they want- including appointing moderators. We do not have a right to expect or demand. We have a right to stay or leave.

    BX Dually??

Ventracs and Steiners are expensive, but steep terrain is where they shine. I've been mowing with my tractor for years, on steep, mountainous terrain. It's ok, and I know how to do it safely. I bought a Steiner last year for the fun of it (a much older one; I bought it because I've wanted one...

kubota l2250 3 point hitch not lifting as should

I suspect that your 3 point is fine, and the shed was too much. You've got to look at more than the lift capacity, or the weight of the shed. Distance from the lift arms greatly affects the lift capacity. You have the fork frame, the forks, and the placement on the forks- that adds up to a...

Your thoughts on used MX. Years to look for, years to avoid?

I don't believe that there were any noteworthy issues with any of the MX tractors. If I were buying, the year wouldn't be a consideration for me, rather I would focus on condition and value.

    Bad Boy

I've seen some reports/photos of the dipper tube on the backhoe tearing. I had a Bad Boy zero turn, which was a great machine mechanically. However, I was not impressed with the powdercoating. At every sharp angle and hole, the finish was peeling off. I took exceptional care of mine, including...

Already committed to buying a gray market Kubota...

I would reconsider, unless it's all that you can afford. Small, grey market, 2WD with a loader will be a hard resale if you don't want to keep it. It will most likely be a challenge, at least, to find parts for.

Utility Tractor Backhoe attachment frame vs hitch vs Mini Excavator

We bought an old, but solid- and it's still parts supported- John Deere 310 backhoe for $7000. On our land, there's quite a bit of creek bank that needs to be cleaned up (overgrowth), as well as other random uses. It has been a great purchase- for the money, it's the best option. It has decent...

Trailer hitch ball stem won't go into drawbar hole.

Balls will come with different diameter shanks. Measure the hole and get the right size shank. Or, drill the hole out a little bigger.

BX23's are NOT for mud gripe!

Kubota was thinking that the owner would know the limitations of their machine, and work within those limits. No matter what they design, or how, someone will think that Kubota doesn't know what they're doing.
