    Best QC Hydraulic Fittings

Don't know if they're "the best" but I'm partial to Summit hydraulic flush face couplers.

    3PH bent? Maybe

This is what I do. Seems a little more versatile than a 2" receiver hitch for my purposes. If I'm pulling out bushes/shrubs/small trees/stumps, I use the clevis. If pulling the boat trailer or utility trailer, then I use the appropriate hitch ball on the 3 pt.

BX2680 Hydralic Leak on FEL connect

Had the same problem with my BX2380. Repaired under warranty and shortly after began leaking again. I always cleaned the couplers very well before hooking up the FEL and always used the caps when it wasn't hooked up. Replaced the upper (loader side) coupler with 4, 1/4 NPT female flush face...

    Hydraulic fittings

The fittings on the BX2380 are not Pioneer style fittings. They are flat face connectors. My quick coupler leaked. Had it fixed under warranty. Began leaking again. (Yes, I always kept it very clean!) Replaced the female side (loader side) of the coupler with 4, 1/4 NPT flush face Summit...

What kind of plant is this?

Looks like a canna lily. If it is, it's not gonna last in the ground in a New England winter.

    Bx2380 vertical exhaust

I don't find that the exhaust on my 2380 creates much dust, but the mower sure does! In any case, I think it would be much easier to just add a vertical extension to the existing exhaust pipe. Any muffler shop should be able to fab something up pretty easily. Personally, I wouldn't go messing...

    Flat face coupler leak

Thanks for the info. I'll keep an eye on things. As much as I like many things better on my 2380, I actually preferred the FEL on the 2370 I traded in on it.

    Flat face coupler leak

Bought a 2380 last year, but haven't used the FEL much at all until the past week or so. I noticed a hydraulic leak on the flat faced coupler. Not a bad leak and doesn't seem to be leaking at any of the fittings at all. I think it's leaking when the loader arms move when trying to scoop/move...

    FEL and mowing...

I take/leave mine off when mowing. Too many trees and other obstacles to mow around. I can do it with the FEL on, but it's a PITA.

    Front ballast question…

Easier and faster for me to mow without the FEL on. Lots of trees to mow around here. No need for suitcase weights for mowing.

    BX1880 or 2380

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe the 1880 comes with tilt steering wheel, arm rests, or cruise control. The 2380 does and 5 more HP to boot. Seems like there was a thread or two on here of someone wanting to modify their 1880 to have those niceties with the exception...

How many ignition keys did you get with your new Kubota?

You should have gotten two keys with it, but a key from any other BX23S (or maybe all 80 series) will fit it. They're universal. You can buy keys to fit your BX23S at any Kubota dealer. They're not specific to each tractor like car keys.

The pumps here are marked as to which ones are e free and they only dispense e free gas.

    Ethonol free Gasoline.

Plenty of gas stations (not just marinas) sell e free gas. It's all I use in any of my 2 cycle engines. The link posted earlier, https://www.pure-gas.org/, is an excellent one. Just scroll down to your state, click it, and a whole list of gas stations listed by city will pop up, but I don't...

    MMM blade removal

Just to be clear, impact should be used for removal only, IMO. I take mine off with an impact, but never put them back on with one. Not saying putting the blades back on can't be done with an impact, but if you screw it up and things aren't lined up just right, it ain't gonna be pretty.
