Rear Remotes for B2601 : help me configure

I decided to wait on rear remotes. When I asked my dealer he said it would not be a problem to add them later. In the meantime I am using the turnbuckles with no problem. It is still a lot less effort than shoveling and I can claim getting on and off the tractor as exercise.

    Giving up on a chipper

I had to wait through two cycles of notification for my WoodMaxx WM-8H, but it was well worth it. The customer service people were great and the machine is well-built. Assembly was straightforward and I am slowly slogging through my accumulation of tree trimmings and saplings. Don't give up...

    Everything Attachments Price Increase

I ordered my EA Wicked 55 January 11 at the old price along with a Speeco quick hitch. I paid at the time of order. It shipped April 6 (12 weeks as promised) and I picked it up at the local freight terminal April 12. I have only used it a couple of time so far, but I am very happy with both...

    Kubota Financing and Down Payment

When I bought my B2601 and several implements a couple of months ago, I signed an order sheet with everything laid out. All the pieces came together quickly except for the rotary cutter. At the sales manager's suggestion we did a new order without the cutte. No money changed hands until I was...

Can't find a B2601, is the B2601 the right pick.

UpNorthMI, Thanks for the comment. I have some tight spaces that will not allow a 5' implement. I currently "brush cut" with an old Craftsman riding mower with a 42"deck that was retired from lawn cutting years ago. I will be cutting mainly blackberry bushes and pine saplings so I wanted a...

Can't find a B2601, is the B2601 the right pick.

I was blessed with my B2601. I got a quote sheet on 10/31/20. The dealer was able to trade with another dealer and I took delivery on 11/24/20. The only thing on backorder is an RCR1548 cutter, which I won't need until spring. I still have to order a grapple (EA wicked 55") and a chipper...

Negotiating on B 2601 - Web Build Price vs Dealer

I got my B2601 last month from my local dealer in Eastern Kentucky. Both the tractor and attachments were quoted at right about 10% off of list price. The rebate covered the taxes and part of the insurance.

    B2601 regrets?

I got my B2601 (no BH) last month and the only regret is that I did not get it sooner. Enjoy your Christmas present!

Pulled the trigger on a B2301

Congratulations on your new tractor. I am just getting used to my B2601 and I am sure you will have as much fun as I am having on the steep portion of the learning curve. My delivery time dropped considerably from the initial date when I got my tractor last month.

Thanks Armylifer; it will be a learning experience. Sad to see what has happened to Allis Chalmers and West Allis in general. Have a blessed Thanksgiving and thank you for your service.

Thanks for the welcome. It looks like we will be learning our new skills together. This is my first go around with a diesel powerplant on equipment I own. I have run diesel powered equipment but never had to do the p.m. on one I am thankful for good manuals.

Thanks for the advice. I checked with the dealer and he indicated no trouble in adding remotes in the future (when budget allows). I stopped in today to sign the paperwork and saw the machine. I was told they will try to schedule delivery this week. 45 min later I got a text that I will be...

I am in Eastern KY now. The A-C factory was in West Allis, Wisconsin (70th Street and Greenfield Ave. Some of the buildings are still there).
