I want to install a hyd top link in my b2650 so j can angle my snowblower as needed. I can not find an 18-28” cat 1 link with check valve. Anyone know a supplier?

I installed this one from Surplus Center when I installed my dual remotes. Works really well. It is item number 9-7682-08

There is a man on Tractor by net site the makes what you want and need in length and diameter , great reputation I know cause he made one for me. I think his name is Brian, maybe fit-Rite hydraulics ?

Here's what I'm using. If you have a workbench vise, you will need to clamp a toplink pin and place cylinder over it. Use angle grinder on the swivel to make it narrower. About 1/8" of material needs to be removed (tractor side B2650). Mounted my cylinder opposite way from most other users. Side link may be a future upgrade.

I also contacted fitrite but the wait time was to long so I fabed it myself, Top & Tilt and a 3rd valve function for a 3rd of the price.

Here is the one that I installed from Tractor Supply. I did change the plumbing around so that the hoses sat further back.

Nice job joearizona! I was wondering why not use a joy stick for Top N Tilt, and seems you have proved that it will work. I would like to get the valve lower, behind the seat on my L2501, or between the seat and the fender. I'm still trying to decipher the hydraulics and simplify connections, if possible.

I used the Joy stick for the top and tilt plus a second joy stick for my 3rd function for a future grapple.

Just one more dumb question. I talked to the mechanic at my dealer and for a custom T&T setup he suggested running the power from the FEL return line. Then return from the T&T valve to the return port on the manifold. Are we overlooking anything that would cause a problem?

No it's just a circuit. Keep the flow going back to the tank.

I'm curious about the advantage of using a hydro top-link for a snowblower. This is my 2nd year using the snow blower. I've had trouble blowing out gravel. Would playing with the angle help? If not, what would be the benefit?

With the hydro top link, you can change the angle of the snowblower cutting edge on the move, so when you suspect/see that unlevel spot, you can shorten the link, leave a bitof snow and the gravel. Then when you get to the pavement or the spot you want scraped, lengthen it out and scrape it hard! My driveway is far from level so the hyd top link on the blower is well worth it
