Z123S steering adjustment

I have a Z123S and when I try to turn around I end up just spinning and finally my mower will spin around. I hate to take it to my dealer because the shop guys don't believe me. When they get on it they try it out but they are in a gravel parking lot where as I'm on turf. How do I adjust my steering?

I'm a little confused about the spinning. Is the tire spinning, but lack of traction causing it not to turn?

You might have to adjust your driving style.

Yes. The tires spin like a lack of traction. This problem has just recently occurred.

Are you using both handles to make the turn? If not, try that. My ZD will spin on grass easily if I'm not careful.
