Fried shrimp and some other stuff….

I’ve loved fried shrimp since I was a little kid. Couldn’t have them much, only a few times.

I learned how to prep/fry seafood when I was in the business.

Can’t get them better in any restaurant….

Still love them….

Prepping for tonight's dinner. Menu is Ribeye steaks on the grill with natural lump charcoal and mesquite wood chips.

Corn on the cob

And Greek pasta salad. Wife found the recipe in a Vegan cook book 😱😱😱 But after sampling it's pretty good.

Homemade dressing for the salad was olive oil, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, oregano, and red wine vinegar.

Salads got chicken peas, tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and olives. I skipped those and will leave them out for anyone who wants to add 😎😎😎 Also calls for feta or vegan feta but I held off on that since my wife can't eat cheese. I should have picked up some feta for those who wanted it. 🫠🫠🫠

Sounds like you've got a mouthwatering dinner planned! Ribeye steaks on the grill with charcoal and mesquite wood chips? That's the way to go! The corn on the cob is a classic addition too. Wife n I celebrate 10 years today! Just fajitas tonight, will do something better this weekend when I have more time. (The wings are for my daughter, she having tonsils removed tomorrow and wanted them as her “last meal” as she says 😂)
