The Canadian equivalent of Harbor Freight. The true test will be if it survives this winter.

. Took off bucket, loaded with rock then went back and picked up the bucket full. Went to dump site and repeated another 2x.

I’ve thought about doing that, but haven’t tried it yet.I tried something different today. I don’t know if it saved any work but it saved my back. We both need mini’s apparently.I’ve thought about doing that, but haven’t tried it yet.

It's probably soapstone. Most lab tables are made from it....I'm not sure what the material is, but I'm guessing it weighed over 300#. It looks sort of like man-made slate. There's no grain to it. It cut nicely with a 7-1/4" diamond blade and had a mild odor to it. Belt sander smoothed the cut edge.
So you've also noticed that not all Category I hitches are created equal, have you? That's what about half the challenge is in buying implements for a SCUT.Maybe not today but today is when I had time to document it.
Getting ready to harvest so picked up a new undercutter. Just more of the CAT 1 standard and how that really should be revised. New attachment and a new top hook configurationn.I love that that QH16 has a wide range of settings from low to high but to put a new implement on the top hook, gauge if it has to go up or down to get the lower hooks engaged properly.... a different setting for each implement. All that said, all hooked up and will see how it goes in the next few days....
Funny you mention that... I took out the grinder when one of my implements bottom pins were not fully seated. It was just one side. Then I walked through it... the lower arm adjustment... backed that to standard setting and now both pins sit nicely... uggghSo you've also noticed that not all Category I hitches are created equal, have you? Yeah, adjusting the QH is a lot more of a PITA when it's bolts in the hook. I like the pins you put in it. I REALLY need to spend the pennies and get the extended hook for my HF cheapo QH and some pins like those to make it easier to adjust. I already chewed on the bottom hooks some to make it a lot easier to find the bottom pins on an attachment. If I tried to use it with pins in the hook height as is, it's gonna EAT the hair-pin keepers.
I bet you are using Stihl oil, it will plug up the exhaust in short order.View attachment 164868
Stihl BG 86 Leaf Blower had some air or fuel issues. No power or decent throttle response.
Turns out to be spark arrestor. On muffler outlet and turns right out.
Cleaned it up but will leave it out. Not much louder with it out. Take them out of chainsaws. Have a Stihl brush cutter that was a little off last use. Might be same deal with that.
Not to get this forum off track, but what are you going to use the dry well for? I was thinking of making one but don't know how big it should be. It would be to collect rainwater off a small section of roof which pools up on the ground.Dug a dry well and filled with stone
