@S-G-R those came out great, did you use existing holes in the frame? I may have to do this

the holes to look for in the rear are the ones the backhoe frame attaches to, its at the lower part of the rops bar where it attaches to the case.
The holes were already in the frame. I have the cab and didn't see anywhere the brackets would work for me on the rear.

Got my garden watering rig finished up. Testing it by draining the kiddos pool for cleaning. Trying not to waste that precious well water!

Garden is in a spot with no power or water within a long ways. This was my best idea I had. Had everything on hand but the pump.

pretty simple...heavy duty U-Haul dolly or harbor freight castors.

I made up a dolly the other day after watching a guy on youtube. If you dont mind me asking how do you get the backhoe to come off the tractor without using the stabilizers? Every time I have tried the tractor's rear tires have wanted to lift up which caused me to abort. Everyone on youtube made it look so easy but so far I have not been successful.

Excellent. I like that a LOT! Good job.
Thanks. It’s sorta been in planning for a month or so. Got the tank rigged up to hook up water hose and gravity feed, that worked well...ish. Then figured to add the pump for a bit of pressure for the sprinkler. Seems to work well with a oscillating sprinkler, kinda hangs up the impact type. Maybe need to get an I-25 rotator from work, they work well with lower pressure.

Cleared the trail down to the Ohio river for a customer.
Then cleared an area beside the river.

I'm unsure as to why you are asking this. Is it because of the strap keeping the stabilizers from drifting down?

I use the stabilizers for removal and installation. I only tie them together with the strap when storing the hoe or when its mounted on the tractor and not needed. It keeps the stabilizers from drooping over time.

Before it rained this weekend I finished the rough grading on the north side of our house. I am planting a new lawn there. Glyphosate then ripped everything with the box blade.
The challenge was working in a small area. In the pic you can see the condensing units along side the house. On the right where the vertical 4x4 and cedar pole are is a 3' drop off. My grape arbor used to be there. I dropped 8 yds of topsoil to try and level things out a bit.

The box blade with the top n tilt is wicked. Just tough maneuvering in the small area.

Oh, the trench for the wiring to the woods is all covered up now. You can see the 2" pvc pipe coming out of the ground at the far end of the house.
I couldn't seed because the ac guys are here today and will be working there for a couple of days. Some final hand raking after they are done and then we seed.
My major accomplishment - I didn't hit the house or ac units with anything :)

I need to seed grass at our farm, about an acre, but I'm waiting til Fall. With the current pricing for weed / grass killer, seed and fertilizer, I can't afford to do it too early and risk losing it to the summer heat and drought. This is a recreational property so we're not there all the time to water it and move sprinklers around on a daily basis. Good luck with your grass.

Fall is the best time! I don't have much of a choice, we are looking to list our house asap and I need a lawn on that side :).
I planted a new lawn in the front last fall (glyphosate, rip with box blade, remove all rocks, lime, fertilizer, till and drag harrow). It worked out great and I have enough of everything left over to plant this year.
I do have sprinklers set up and plan to water once or twice a day depending on the weather.

Checked the fluids, greased the loader and was planing on mowing grass. After a long and humid day, a cold beer won over the lawn.

I used the BX to suspend the seat pan of my niece's JD LA125 while I gave it a coat of JD green.

Nice! Now if you could show how your pole attaches to the bucket that would be nice too. I was thinking about making something like that and looks like a good idea!

I also like the boom, looks like a handy thing. I am sure it works well for your application. Not to be negative, but if I was to build a bit heavier version, I think I would turn the angle 90' to rest it on the lip of the bucket, to provide a bit more support, then make gussets down to the pole. I can not see if you did or not, but I would reinforce the top of the bucket, to spread the force out along it. Also I don't know the capacity of the link connecting the turnbuckle to the boom, but I would be inclined to use a shackle.

I also like that grill guard, looks very well made. The paint on the floor pan and the guard look excellent.

yesterday I used my new "radiator genie" to clean out the series of coolers on my mx5400. It worked very well.
Then i put the lane shark on and worked on my shooting lanes and roads for a while. Deer season start soon.

I wonder if this would do the same (note the nozzle is different) https://www.amazon.com/Flusher-Powe...ment/dp/B09J29FM4Y?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1&psc=1
I had one of the all plastic ones with a small fan-like end like the radiator genie but it broke (plastic split) after one season.

I have one of these to flush the hot water heater on my travel trailer.

Figured out which BB I wanted to buy after many hours of research. Originally I was set on buying the EA and the decided to do additional research. Basically I wanted the heaviest 54-60" BB I could get my hands on without modification to serve as adequate rear ballast and for grading/scraping activity.

I decided on a woods BSS60. Called around to all the local dealers and nobody had anything smaller than a 65" in stock which is overkill for my LX. I lucked out and found a local dealer with a BSS54 woods BB in stock that is STOUT. Weighs shy of 500lbs and had a reinforced top link area with 4 blades. Got it for just a hair over $1k. Also decided to cancel my EA Pallet Fork order that was still at least 50 days out and purchased a land pride pfl1242 fork assembly which is more than enough for my LX as well. All in, I was less than $2k OTD and didn't have to wait (except for having to wait until my truck arrives next week so I can pick them up).
