Lynnmor, what an awesome installation! It appears the lights are highly adjustable, as to whether all or some shine forward or reverse. Wonderful. And I LOVE that the lights are under the top of the ROPS. That's vital to me for clearance. I do have two small LED lights lower on the outside of my B2601's ROPS that were dealer installed but I want more light.

Could you say what products you used?

Actually there is little adjustment, the angle built into the ROPS and the lights came out nearly perfect when mounted like this. The rear lights are angled down more, just like you would want them.

Below are the products I used, some of it can be bought in small quantities. The electrical box will need some machining, and the stainless steel bars will need to be cut, drilled and tapped as required. The lights are mounted with magnets, the electrical box with one low head 1/4" screw, and the ROPS is sprayed with non-skid paint in the mounting area. I used bullet connectors on the lights to save space in the sleeving with no need to go larger. If I did it again, I would simply solder and heat shrink, if a lamp needs replaced in the future it might be just as easy to redo the soldering. I plugged into the cigarette lighter socket and made a tee to connect the socket and lamps, wiring can be returned to factory in a minute. The lamps draw under 8 amps and the lighter circuit is fused at 10 amps, if there is ever a problem I will connect the rear lamps the the work light circuit that is nearby.

Today I installed a 2 plug USB port on my tractor. Now I can stream music from my phone through headphones and not worry about the phone battery going dead.

I ran two 4 gauge wires from the battery to the back of my L4060LE, most in split loom to power a winch. The wires feed into two (positive & negative) distribution blocks. I installed a 60 amp breaker in the positive cable close to the battery. From the distribution blocks I ran 12 gauge wire to a fuse block that powers two Artillian lights, a USB charger and 12 volts power socket (cigarette lighter for us older guys). I then mounted a cheap back up camera (monitor powered by the pocket socket, camera powered by fuse block) so I can see behind me, no cab, just old and stiff. Sorry no pic's, was at my farm 180 mile away and didn't take any... but I will. Also, all the wiring was placed in split loom as much as possible.

Below is what I used. I got the idea from various youtube sites but the channel -DIY My Way- gave me the most. https://www.youtube.com/c/DIYMyWay

My wife said I'm pimping out my tractor.... she's not entirely wrong, But I have/will use them all.

I installed a 60 amp breaker in the positive cable close to the battery.
I have to ask, how did you settle on a 60A circuit breaker?

More plowing. Really loving this RTV.
Then used the tractor to clear some of my bush road so the dog and I have a walking trail.

I hear all the negativity about R4 tires, but I made the first pass snow blowing UP these hills. But as you can see, it didn't cut right down because we keep getting freezing rain between snows, so here it is on second pass coming back down.

Maybe because 4 gauge copper cable is rated to carry 70 amps max at 60C?
That makes sense. Sounds like a really good installation that @DCM303 put together. Would be good to see some photos.

I just put on my front blade for the first time this winter. We are under a winter storm warning for tonight. 4-5" snow forecast and winds gusting to 35 mph. Likely power outages.

60 degrees and cloudy now. Last night we got 1 3/4" rain—the most in one event since 2020. It was only the second measurable precipitation we've had since October. And the only other was 1/4". To give myself hope, recorded it as 3/8". Well, it had been misty the day before. October was two light rains of 1/4" and 3/4". We had drought all summer, too. Weeks without rain.

Now snow? I've got her fueled, jettisoned the bucket, and hooked up the blade. I'm ready, I hope. Have not used the blade, got it with the tractor last February. Last summer I added the rubber edge, hoping to spare my old asphalt. Also have a couple gravel spurs and my daughter's long uphill gravel driveway next door.

I went to connect to my new tiller with my new quick connect but found that I did not have a full shaft. Guess the delivery guy might have lost it on the way here. I remember him stating all the shafts have to be cut to the setup of each tractor. In his defense he asked if I wanted him to show me the connection process and I moved him on to the backhoe. Good out of this is I can have a shaft cut to work the tiller attached to the quick hitch, I hope!!

A dry year in Virginia, too? Same here in SE Manitoba Canada, never seen anything like the drought here in my life, and where we live now the 85 year-old farmers say the same. Our normally 50 ft wide river could flow through a 2" pipe at one point late summer.
Had a bit of precip lately but we're WAY below the normal soil moisture and water table levels.

Yeah, it's been so dry. Weirdly dry and then scary dry. I planted a lot of trees, shrubs, and perennials this year, starting in March. Which is when I became concerned. Then no rain in April! And the pattern of little to none continues.

I grabbed a hunk of rubber roofing and sealed it up under the seat of the tractor to keep the heat in and the cold out. It isn't very neat, but it will do what I wanted. Next summer I will trim it to a better fit. I looked into the cost of the kit that is made by Curtis to seal up all the holes in the tractor when the cab is being installed, but it would have added 3 additional hours of labor and the cost of the kit. I decided that I could live with some cold air leakage. Knowing what parts are in the kit, I am certain that I can do it for a lot less money.

I finally used the front snow blade I bought with my tractor last February. Clearing snow off our asphalt worked great. I may've made a mess of our gravel. It's been real warm until this storm, and the gravel wasn't frozen. It was pretty mushy and I trenched it with the skid shoes and pushed it with the blade's lip. Am hoping it's not as bad as it looks in the snow piles—gravel has a way of looking like a huge pile in snow and alarming you.
