I am looking at a BrushHog Post Hole Digger and trying to ID the model number,
Wondering if anyone can help. I have looked on-line at parts manuals
but none seem to look like this one exactly? The part where the 3-point
bolts to the boom is never like this one on any of the diagrams.

Any idea what one would be worth?

Value, depending on how bad and how soon you need it, but in the area of $350-$500. At least that's a fair price around here.
