Tachometer for a BX

Has ANYBODY attempted to put a digital maganetic pickup or any other type of tachometer on an older BX? I have looked around a little bit, but haven't really seen anything that fits the bill. Being a gauge oriented kind of guy, i am also toying with the idea of plumbing in an oil pressure gauge and a voltmeter, as I have done with all of my other pressure lubed equipment, but haven't figured out how to do it in a clean installation. No room in the dash, would have to be mounted elsewhere, and I don't want to see the wiring and the oil line. Any ideas or examples out there?

Any news on what you did? I would like a tach and run-meter on my B7000. Tinytach looks like the way to go.

I haven't done anything yet. I am weighing my options and then I will put it in the budget. I am going to need some expensive TracVac parts, so the tach may have to wait for awhile.

Nice looking unit, very simple to install - I take it the most all Kubota's have a 6mm fuel line diameter? Seems like it has some neat features too, pre set service reminders and it is rather large ( size of a end of a 2 x 4 ) , even a blind ol' codger like me could look down and set it !

at the cost of a C-note - money well spent!
