No you can not switch to high lift.
They don't list that as an option.
It's probably because high lift blades take a lot more power to run.

K5182-97520 is a set of 3

K5182-71820 shows a low lift blade-perhaps that's what you have? Take a blade off and scrape the buildup off, and there should be a number stamped into them--assuming they are Kubota blades and not some chinesium blades.

Awwww..I was afraid of that...I don't want to hurt my yard tractor..but the low lift and even standard blades that size seem to be harder to find. It is the best mower I've ever had ..still running as good as it did 10 years ago when I got it used..but it really needs new blades..and I already ordered the wrong ones....grrr...thank you for responding!

Yes those are the blades...but I was told that high lift blades would work better..and so I ordered some the same size...dang it!...thank you for replying!

You could try high lift blades, you'll know they aren't working if the mower is struggling too much or if the grass just won't blow out the chute.

I don't wanna hurt my little Bota..it's got 1099 hrs on it and still runs great..She's only been mine for 10 years, my yard is fairly flat 1.5 acres but damp areas where the grass gets tall and thick..should I dare?

With all of that, I'd stay with the original blades.

Check out Predator blades. I cannot say enough "good" about them. They hold up like nobody's business as well. My yard just beats up blades something awful. Needing at best multiple sharpenings a season. I bought Predator blades mainly to help chop up the leaves and clippings better. My wife works for a big manufacturer of hand tools (hammers, chisels, machetes, axes and such). She told me the guys in their plant know how to do some really fine sharpening on mower blades. So, in anticipation of needing a lot of sharpening I bought a second set of Predator blades. Last year I pulled the first set and they looked like they'd never been used. Stock blades would have been beat to hell. Anyway the brand new set still sits wrapped on my bench. IDK if I'll ever need to unwrap them LOL
