Very few of us have experience working on Kubota skid steers.

I will suggest that you get the WSM (Work Shop Manual/ AKA service manual) for the unit to make this and future repairs easier and cheaper. ;)

Could it be that the continuous hydraulic button is activated. I have Case skid steers. My fellows recently took it to the dealer because the loader wouldn't work. They turned off the auxiliary hydraulics and it went back to work. Kubota may have built a limp mode into the system to avoid damage. That (if true) would explain the power loss.

Does your unit have a dpf filter? That sequence of "error messages" is somewhat similar to a tractor that has had a regeneration cycle ignored or disrupted. Your owner's manual should tell you how to do a parked regeneration if that is the case. If similar it will shut down completely if you don't, and it requires a dealer and his laptop to access the computer to restart it. If you don't have either, I would recommend loading it on a trailer while you still have half power.
