Shaded RV spot under large live oak tree, atleast 13ft height clearance, with 50amp/30amp Electric, Water and Sewer. Monthly RV site only for $500 a month, trailer in picture not included.


Farm Stay, for the RV spot pictured, Picnic table, fire pit, gas grill available, quiet, gated, trash services, birds, wildlife watching, nearby Baptist church.


~20min to Beeville, Kenedy,, KC or Three Rivers. 30min to George West.
~1 hour to Corpus Christi or Port Aransas, 90min to the beach.

Just 2 RV pads with utilities, not opposed if someone wanted a primitive site.

When I water around that tree, it becomes a magnet for their afternoon naps and chewing cud. The ground is probably 10* cooler.

This year I'm gonna add 4 or 5 more chickens, so I probably will have an honor system. I'm thinking 5 eggs for $1, something to just cover the cost of thier feed.

Don't want to really want to offer tent sites, It's easier to manage a few folks who want to rent the RV pads over the winter, like November to January or February etc.... or March if you live in Northern part of Maine etc.

Well crap, it's wndy, only 65* out, green grass, clear skies and 48inches of sunshine forecasted. That dang cold front screwed up our 70* weather.

Hell, if it were 65 here in New England, we would be calling that a heat wave! Is that ruler what you use to measure the rain? We use them to measure the snow! When I was a youngster, it was what parents used to swat the kids...

Odds and fear etc are not typically used in my vocabulary, thats a sign of weakness. Why take an ambulance on wheels? My friend is one of the pilots for the local Air Ambulance.

Gotta die someday dude. I'd rather die in my happy spot than in a hospital.
