I have not shipped a tractor.... but have shipped other wheeled vehicles. There are websites where you enter in the pickup/dropoff points and then shippers will "bid" on your job.

Clark, you can contact these folks. Their independent haulers and UShip is the organizer and won't let you actually talk (only through their system) until you actually accept a driver's bid.

Don't get in a hurry. I've had bids for particular hauls start out an $1200-1300, and end up with it tractor being hauled for $500.

You need to know the weight, height, width, beginning zip code, ending zip code, and time/date of needed pickup and time/date of delivery.

You might find a truck line that does LTL freight. LTL=less than a load.
