My only question to all this is.
What happens when the Chinese equipment you're buying;that's not not a known brand; breaks?
How do you get parts?
Or are we talking so cheap that if it breaks, its disposable?

I bought a chipper. It's basically a knockoff of a Wallenstein. Probably not parts interchangeable, but most things that might break are bearings or things I can weld. It's a risk. But it was half the price of a branded chipper - things are expensive in my country.
There's nothing wrong with cheap chinese equipment if you have a machine shop and want a new hobby.
I have a cheap chinesium chipper too. Breaks down or jambs every 15 minutes like clockwork. Everything looks like hand built one-offs.
Endless fun.

Knock off products are frequently built one at a time, in small backyard shops.
This is how it often goes throughout Asia.

So we changed the design and made a new roller for you.
You cancelled the shipping in May, with no reasaon, as you changed your mind.
The new roller was already finished and shipped to your China agent's warehouse in Qingdao city.
The roller has been sitting in your agent WPLX's Qingdao, China warehouse since May 2023.
We don't have access to your roller during this time as it is your product now, and only your agent has the access to it.
The roller has left our plant since May 2023. Why would you say it is not shipped?

Somehow it seems to us that Michael does not undertstand about the shipping.
We agreed as FOB_QINGDAO, not CFR OR CIF.
With FOB, World Panda is only responsible to Michael, and will only follow his orders.
But Michael has been asking us to give his agent instructions.
Which is wrong, as Michael's agent won't follow our orders.
So Panda Logistics stopped the shipping in May when Michael asked them to.
And shipped again in August when Michael told them to do it.
The guy D2 Cat and others are responding to is Harvey SU from Shandong Brother Trading International. I have been waiting 5 months for my skid steer attachments from him. I won't say too much today and if I eventually get my items I will publicly state it here. But I will respond to one thing that was said about shipping. They sell the items with a CIF price and when you question why the products are late it suddenly becomes FOB and then they even make FOB difficult to delay further .
Micheal has probably been through a nightmare and this may have only been resolved through this thread.

Our parts supplier failed to deliver the wheel part for it on time, all the seeder orders in recent time are delayed because of this. We looked for another part supplier and had them made the parts for us.

That is why we come with the proposal and request of having a 3rd party to come and inspect the goods.
Of course, the 3rd party will be assigned by your side, and you might need to pay them.
Inspection happens in international business, customers sometimes come and inspect the products by themsleves, but also ask 3rd party to do so.
Because whatever we say, you always get the conclusion that we are scammers.
We don't feel confortable being called this way, so let us give it to the 3rd party as you can trust them.
I told the workshop to take the products out of the package and wait for inspection.
Process would be:
1.) Product inspected by 3rd party
2.) Report made by 3rd party
3.) You review the report
4.) if all good, we will book the container with your agent, you can pay your agent directly, no need to pay us for shipping
5.) 3rd party need to be here to inspect the whole loading process, so we both know all products are in the container.
In this case, we make sure no one fools around.
This is the best and only solution we can find.
Unless you fly to China and inspect the goods.
But you have been ignoring our request of doing such.
