Safety switch dilemma....

I have a B3030, it has just started blowing the 7.5 amp fuse.(Which with everything read, it sounds like it should have been a 5 amp)
I can start the tractor without being on it. I tested both seat switches with an ohm meter and they checked okay. I started the tractor, engaged the PTO, stood up and the tractor shut off, so I presume that that safety switch is operating normal. I don't see a safety switch on the F/R foot pedal, but I can make the tractor move while standing next to it and pressing the pedal.
Is my problem in a relay? How do I find it?

Your question leaves too many holes:

What fuse is blowing?
What does that fuse control?
What are you doing to make it blow?

Just a quick pursing of the WSM I don't see any 5amp or 7.5 amp fuses the smallest I see is a 10amp.

There is a Safety switch on the HST unit or pedal assembly that controls that portion of the system.

Also is it a Cabbed model or a ROPS model?

It is a 7.5 amp fuse, the very top one in the box. I do not know what this fuse controls, as there is no markings on the fuse box to tell me which one does what. There is not even a fuse box cover.

What are you doing to make it blow?
I was driving the tractor plowing snow, using the bucket as I do not have the money to purchase a plow blade yet.

ROPS model

The 5 amp fuse powers the OPC system here is an outline of how it works

Thanks for the diagram.
I have removed the fender on the HST side and think I found where the safety switch is. I'm in the process of trying to figure out how to remove it and test it.

I am still puzzled as to why can I start the tractor without being on it? I thought the seat switches was suppose to prevent that? I checked continuity across each switch and they tested okay. All wiring appears original.
