Yes it's legit. Quality depends on which manual your needing. Some are better quality then others.

I just rebuilt my first diesel engine using one of their manuals. The engine runs fine. I have downloaded several of their manuals and they have been quite good.

post number 4 in thread about manuals found via the ULTIMATE READ ME in this forum backs up Darren Todd's statement.

I recently started hunting for a complete (whole tractor) WSM for my B7100.
I found huge variations in the condition, prices (from free all the way to $286) and even more strange, huge variations in the number of pages. (from 26 to 450)
All claimed to be factory Kubota WSM. I finally bought a new, (not a reprint) sealed, 450 page, factory Kubota manual, loose leaf, ($85) from an E-Bay dealer who claimed it was left from his parent's closed dealership. The wife had a couple of large binders & a huge supply of loose leaf sheet protectors, so now I have a grease-proof, easy-to-read, outstanding WSM- much more detail & easier to read than my online (copy-of-a-copy etc.) downloads.
