Anyone have a source for the rubber pads that go on outrigger shoes to protect surface? I believe Kubota part # is L9467. BH77 backhoe. List for these is $260, seems a bit steep. Right now I have a couple pieces of 2 x 4 screwed on but I doubt it will last long. Needed something to protect drive, it's what I had handy. Thanks everyone!

See if you can find a piece of rubber mat - like a horse stall mat , or even an thick innertube - cut the piece out and secure it TO the 2x4 and then have it where the rubber can be replaced when need be.

I thought the same initially. Then once you consider they are 4 welded brackets, cut tire sidewalls, and the associated hardware. It is just easier to be done with the oem piece. The backhoe places substantial weight on these parts. It is welded steel and Kevlar reinforced tire rubber for a reason. There is plenty of other things to save a buck on... Keeping the rubber from ripping off will be a challenge.

Install all the accessories yourself. $$
Do your own maint. $$$

See here. I just got them about a month ago. Quite happy with flippadinternational. See post #6 for actual pics.

Local backhoe guy used to make his own from old tires & "gators" off the side of the highway,
but he had a bandsaw you could feed a Volkswagon through- without that, I'm sure it would be a giant PITA.

My B26 bought used came with them. Impressed how well they gripped off-road. Also the couple inches of lift helpful.
Wanted some for the M59 backhoe. High $$$ OEM had me looking for alternatives or diy. Finally found some OEM on eBay for $90.
Don’t have many hard surfaces to protect but like extra grip they provide. If they hadn’t came with one backhoe I wouldn’t have know how useful their addition would be.
Highly recommend even at dealer cost.
