An update on this for anyone having similar issues. I understand its not an uncommon problem for these tractors so hope this helps.
Salesman and mechanic came up after work today (stand up guys). After a little head scratching they came up with a good fix. They flipped the bracket holding the hose coupler upside down and repositioned the fittings/hoses to keep them clear. Pictures below will explain it better than I can. Note the orientation of the screws on the bracket holding the hoses. They just flipped that bracket upside down, which effectively moved that hose coupler to the right, just enough to allow the top cylinder to clear as its raised and tilted.
Before
And After
Everything is clearing as it should now, raised tilted and everywhere in between. They did place the stop on the position control lever to limit how far the top cylinder can be raised, but not by much. That was done to prevent the fitting on the top cylinder from hitting the rear glass when fully raised (a known issue, from what i understand). Its only very slightly limited and it raises plenty far off the ground.
Hats off to Clayton at Mountain West Equipment in Rexburg for top notch after sales support. Second time he's come through for me.
