Ive got rear hydraulics on my lx2620 for top and tilt. The problem is, I cant raise and tilt the box scraper without it bumping one of the hoses off. I have tried to route the hoses far enough away from the manifold(?) but no avail. Every time I raise it, it knocks a hose loose. Anyone else have this issue? Any solutions?

Add a 45 or 90 degree fitting between the hose and coupling half so the hose can rotate when you raise the 3PH

Your local hydraulic company will have them on the shelf.

on line places like discount hydraulics will ship them to you.

You will need to figure out the threads and size of the hose and coupler.

That looks like OEM remotes BUT why are the two top link hoses attached to upper and lower couplers? Factory install is side to side - each block contains A and B ports for a single valve.

I have no idea. Are you sure about this? Assuming so, is this a problem, or just the mechanic thinking it wont matter? If this is wrong, Im going to start a problem for them. Im kinda irritated with it all.

I am sure each cylinder should be connected to just one block. I am not sure what you have in that picture.

My personal opinion is the hose routing is terrible. Here is the top link on my L3901 for comparison. I used live swivel hose ends on the cylinder ports to cut down on binding when the lift is raised and lowered.

But Dan, you are forgetting that while the parts page shows it hooked up this way, that doesn’t mean that the person who installed it hooked it up this way. They could have very hooked up the feed lines in the back side of the outlets in a vertical orientation, NOT a horizontal orientation.

Not forgetting anything. Trying to ascertain what the installer did. That was my point.
