I am new at working on this tractor and trying to learn as I go. I have a radiator leak and want to remove it. I was able to un-clamp the hoses and remove the bolts on the fan guard. The only think holding the radiator in are two connection points on the top and bottom. These are a plastic center with a rubber gasket around them. I do not see any bolts and have no idea how to remove these to pull the radiator out. Please help! thanks!

The plastic part on the tank is swelled at the bottom so it might help to give it a shot of wd40 just to make it slip out better but a good tug and they should pop out.

I replaced my radiator in my Kubota 5660SU. Actually, you have to remove the four bolts that attach the battery platform to the tractor frame. The top mounts that hold down the top of the radiator are attached to the battery platform. So, after you remove the platform bolts, you can lift up the entire platform enough to slip the top radiator nubs from the brackets. It was pretty simple after that. The hardest part of the job was keeping the rubber inserts from moving around when inserting the new radiator. Recommend you attach the rubber grommets to the new radiator before installing it; don’t insert the grommets into the radiator brackets as they just move around and get in the way during the installation. You do need to remove a bracket that keeps the oil cooler line from touching the wire bundle. Good luck!

I really hope he's already fixed it as it's been 12 years. :p
