A while back I posted about a hose wear problem I'm having - the 3-point lifts are hitting the hose. Some people suggested getting an angled connection as a fix.

I'm having some difficulty finding anything that would seem to work. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Easier if you posted a photo of the problem area

I believe this is the area in question on OPs tractor (don’t mind the dirt)

With the backhoe removed and hose is looped back to the tractor it sits between 3 pt arms and BH subframe.

Watching this as I haven’t had any issues with hose wear as of yet.

I added a 30 degree angle where the hose screws on to ridged fitting. Slightly turned outward and cleared the lift arms great. As others stated it was a Parker item from local hydro shop.

I ran into the same issue as you (same configuration it looks like) and until I come up with a permanent fix, here’s my workaround using some hook and loop (Velcro) tape

Napa usually carries the fittings. There is a Parker hydraulics store here as well as several different independent hydraulic stores such as American Hose and Hydraulics that could help you and even make up the new hoses.

No chance to get a new pic right now, maybe later today.

I wish I could find the original thread, where I posted a picture. Unfortunately it appears this forum software doesn't offer a "threads I started" option. (could be missing it but i've looked)

Yes, that is exactly the problem. Ideally, I would prefer an angled quick connect (both ends) so I don't have to remove and replace the fitting. But I'm having trouble finding even an angled fitting with one side quick connect.

@GeoHorn thank you for the suggestion, unfortunately I didn't see what I'm looking for there.

Wondering if there's anything else to suggest or have we exhausted all the options?

Where my fitting bolted to the inside edge of the tractor's mount: When I added the 3rd function setup to my B2650, I welded a new mounting tab onto one hydraulic fitting that when bolted to the framework it angled the quick connector further away from my 3 pt. lift bar.

Not sure what is on the end of your hose, regular pipe thread or otherwise but they have street 45 deg. elbows available for most hydraulic applications.
